how it all started
It all started in March of 2015. Ramy and Carmen a.k.a. THE POWER DUO, settled on the name ‘BITES IN THE BORO’ after having great success with their first business also located in the ‘Boro called, ‘A SMOKIN PLACE’.
They wanted the restaurant to be simple and direct... like the food! “Bites is a good name for it because the food is so good you just always just want one more BITE!
